Growing up with frequent travel back to New Zealand I was immersed in nature, from camping to, day walks and hiking. This has led me to today, where I look for any opportunity to get outside and explore nature, whether that be through running, riding, climbing or hiking. Alongside this, I love to travel and explore new cities and countries.
Through spending time in these environments I have learnt to cherish and respect nature and want future generations to be able to experience what I have. To help achieve this, I have committed to the 1% for the planet initiative which drives environmental philanthropy through donating 1% of total income or equivalent volunteer time.
When I am not lost somewhere in the wilderness, climbing or out exploring I love to spend time in the kitchen baking. Previous work as a pastry chef has honed my ability and passion to create small desserts, cakes, and biscuits. I have a massive sweet tooth.
